This version fixes numerous bugs found in the
previous version and adds some new features,
including a Python scripting interface, the
isosurface object, the povray script object
(without preview), the julia fractal object
(without preview), the parametric surface, the
sphere sweep object, and the bicubic patch object.
Ein großes Problem war in OpenGL-Vorschau Initialisierung auf vielen Systemen behoben. Ein Fehler keine Vorschau und Link Objektreferenz Bugs wurden behoben. Hilfe wurde verbessert.

Major bugfixes
A major problem was fixed in OpenGL preview initialization on many systems. A no preview bug and link object reference bugs have been fixed. Help has been improved.
Die CSG-Material Vorschau funktioniert jetzt besser. Undo / Redo funktioniert jetzt mit Drehbank Splines. Das Material Baum Bugs wurden behoben. Verstärkte povray Ausfuhr erzeugt jetzt eine ini-Datei. Ein Link-Objekt, ein "sieht aus wie" Licht für Objekte, eine Gruppe Objekt, und ein Prisma Objekt wurden hinzugefügt. RPM-Pakete sind jetzt verfügbar.

The CSG material preview now works better. Undo/redo now works with
lathe splines. The material tree bugs have been fixed. Enhanced povray
exportation now generates an ini file. A link object, a "looks like" for
light objects, a group object, and a prism object have been added. RPM
packages are now available.
Neu hinzu gekommen sind ein Blob Objekt (mit GL-Vorschau), eine Drehmaschine Objekt (mit GL-Vorschau), ein Text-Objekt (mit Vorschau aus dem FTGL lib), ein Objekt Heigthfield Vorschau, Licht Gruppen, ein Photon-Schnittstelle, eine Hilfe-Rahmen und einige Hilfedateien. Die zusätzlichen Materialien Paket wurde verbessert. GNOME-Integration wurde verbessert. Eine globale Änderung wurde an POV entsprechen 3,6 Angaben. Einige andere kleine Verbesserungen und eine Menge Bugfixes wurden.

interface, a help framework, and some help files.
The extra materials package was improved. GNOME
integration was improved. A global update was made
to match POV 3.6 specs. Some other minor
enhancements and a lot of bugfixes were made.
