Noiptun is a client-server based application that
allows secure communication with computers that do
not have an IP address. It was started as an
effort to port the control functionality of
Hogwash to the newest version, but grew into its
own project since it doesn't need Hogwash to
function. It is being developed and currently runs
on Gentoo 1.4 and Red Hat 9, although it should
with a bit of work compile on any *nix with
support for tun devices, libnet, libpcap, and OpenSSL.
