KameVoice is a Program to utilize the Microsoft
GameVoice USB device as general control device in
KDE. It is able to map all sort of standard shell
commands to the buttons of the GameVoice. It is
easy to configure, and should be 100% stable and
use very few resources.

Der Code wurde überarbeitet und aktualisiert, um sauber gegen neue Distributionen kompilieren. Es geprüft wurde und auf openSUSE 10.3 laufen, das heißt, sie sollten für alle anderen bisherigen Verteilung mit Qt3 installiert haben.

Diese Pressemitteilung enthält eine teilweise Neuerstellung der GVListener Strukturen und die Art und Weise der GVListener Faden und KameVoice sich miteinander kommunizieren (siehe GVListenerStatus Objekt). This release contains a partial rewrite of the
GVListener structures and the way the GVListener
thread and KameVoice itself communicate with each
other (see the GVListenerStatus object). The
forceful termination of the GVListener thread was
fixed and a secure way to end the thread was
implemented. This is a pure bugfix release.
