This release features minor code optimizations and
cleanups, resulting in about a two to four fold increase in FPS
[observed] on ATI video cards. Other cards should also see
a notable increase but due to lack of non-ATI test hardware,

An upgrade was made to Xerces-c 2.6 and a switch was made from MSI to the Nullsoft Scriptable Install System (NSIS).
