displayusers generates a user list based on text
files in the user's area. If the data is present,
the user is listed in the directory. The user may
optionally display a photo and biographical
information. The program also generates a default
email address and home page, but the user may
over-ride default settings. The entry in the list
will disappear if the files are removed, so
deleted accounts are automatically removed,
reducing dead links.
