Binder is a program that provides a Web-based
control panel to Bind 9. It is for small ISPs,
small hosting companies, and individuals that host
domains and want to provide their customers with
an easy to use, simple interface to their records,
without having to give up control of their
nameservers.

Der Admin-Bereich ist jetzt die Möglichkeit für die Suche nach Domains oder Benutzern. Die Super Admin bearbeiten können einzelne Benutzer. Die Serial für Domains, folgt nun die Empfehlung, als Sekunden von Epoche Format, das von Verisign vorgeschlagen. Die Fähigkeit, benutzerdefinierte Name-Server hinzuzufügen, wurde hinzugefügt. The admin section now has the ability to search for domains or users. The Super Admin can edit individual users. The Serial for domains now follows the recommended, seconds from epoch format, as proposed by Verisign. The ability to add custom name servers has been added.
