Apt-sources simplifies the task of finding optimal servers for your APT needs. The program has the option of either automatically downloading an updated mirrors list from Debian.org or using a local file. It benchmarks the list via FTP and uses the highest benched scores.

Apt-Sources v2.0 wurde komplett neu geschrieben. Es hat sich zu befreien von NetSelect und Bing Quellcode und alle anderen externen Quellcode. Nun Benchmarks Listen der Debian-Spiegel über FTP und generiert eine sources.list für die besten Server.

of Netselect and Bing source code and all other external source
code. It now benchmarks lists of Debian mirrors via FTP and
generates a sources.list of the best servers.
