in the comment section of JPEG images. It can
extract, query, and augment the data. Manipulating
JPEG images with jpegrdf does not modify the
actual image data or any other sections of the file.

This release fixes the code to correctly read namespace prefixes from
the configuration file, makes sure EXIF intrinsic data always goes in
the correct namespace, and allows arbitrary prefixes for EXIF and EXIF

Minor feature enhancements
This release adds support for external decoders and includes an
example that decodes the MakerNote from Nikon Coolpix 950 cameras. It
cleans up the code a bit, adds JavaDocs, and renames some classes.
The changes to the org.w3c.tools.jpeg classes in this release have
been sent back to their maintainers for integration into the
"official" libraries.
